Early registration is now closed.  All registrants must now pay the late registration fees, as indicated in the table below.  All fees are in US dollars.  Payment is accepted by credit card, or by cash at the conference.  These are the only options available for paying registration fees.

Student / Post-doc Travel Grant Program

The Local Organizing Committee has obtained a limited amount of funding to provide partial travel support for full-time students and post-docs to attend the conference.  The purpose of these funds is to encourage the participation of younger researchers who would not otherwise be able to attend.

When registering, students and post-docs may be asked to provide certain demographic information in order to assess their eligibility to recieve these funds.  Providing this data is optional; however, it is necessary in order to be eligible to receive a grant.  Funding decisions will be made during this summer, and awardees will be notified by email.

Please note that these funds are limited, so only a fraction of eligible participants will receive any funding.  Also, even for those who receive funds, it is unlikely that you will get enough to cover all of your travel costs.  Therefore we advise all participants to make alternative funding arrangements for travel and accomodation expenses.
